We are seeking an experienced Salesforce DevOps Lead to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will lead a team of developers, manage DevOps processes, and oversee version control, branching strategies, release management, and troubleshooting. • Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers.
• Manage DevOps processes using tools like Copado, Gearset, and Jenkins.
• Oversee version control, branching strategies, and release management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Salesforce environments.
• Ensure best practices in development, deployment, and release management.

Rate – $70-80 per hour

• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Development.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, and Jenkins.|
• Salesforce certifications: DevOps or Platform Developer I (PD1).
• Strong understanding of version control, branching strategies, and release management.
