• Plan and conduct user research using methods such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
• Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with product designers, developers, and stakeholders to implement research-driven design solutions.
• Develop and present actionable research reports to inform decision-making.
• Organize and manage user testing sessions for prototypes and existing products.
• Stay current with UX trends, methodologies, and best practices.
• Ensure research findings align with both user needs and business objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design).
• Proven experience in UX research, usability testing, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
