As a UX Designer, you’ll rely on user-centered design principles to create industry-leading experiences—from concept to execution. You’ll work alongside design partners to evolve *************’s design language and build beautiful, innovative products that people love to use.

In this role, you’ll join a small, agile team that rapidly prototypes and tests a wide range of product ideas. You’ll design and iterate across multiple projects, implement proofs of concept, and collaborate with engineering and product management teams to bring your ideas to life.

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver creative, thoughtful solutions.
• Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process through wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Incorporate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product updates.
• Advocate for design-centered changes, refinements, and improvements, ensuring they are prioritized in the product roadmap.
• Work within a user-centered design process to ideate, prototype, and iterate on product features.
• Partner with the broader team to solve complex problems and deliver impactful, user-focused solutions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence product design strategy.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in product design or UX.
• Experience designing across multiple platforms, collaborating with technical and design teams to create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• A portfolio, website, or relevant link to your work included in your resume (e.g., a viewable link or access instructions).
• Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience working in a cross-functional organization.
• Experience with search, assistant, or AI products.
• Familiarity with technical constraints and limitations for platforms like desktop, Android, and iOS, along with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and ideate products from scratch and improve features within a user-centered design process.
